Facility Rentals for Non-Profit and Public Organizations

The San Angelo Health Foundation is committed to supporting the community by offering its facilities for appropriate use by non-profit and public organizations. Eligible organizations can rent portions of the Visitor Center for their events, provided they adhere to the foundation’s guidelines and all federal, state, and city regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

To rent the facilities, organizations must:

  • Be properly registered with the San Angelo Health Foundation.

  • Agree in writing to comply with the foundation’s facility use guidelines.

  • Follow all applicable federal, state, and city regulations.

Available Facilities

The following portions of the Visitor Center are available for eligible organizations:

River View Room

  • Suitable for gatherings of approximately 20 people.

  • Features a sink and counter for added convenience.

  • Provides access to private restrooms as well as public restrooms and vending areas.

Rock Room

  • Ideal for smaller meetings of up to 11 people.

  • Includes a conference table with twelve executive chairs.

  • Covers approximately 374 square feet.

Outdoor Terrace

  • Available for non-exclusive use.

  • Perfect for informal gatherings or breaks during indoor events.

Additional Amenities

Both the River View Room and Rock Room provide access to private restrooms. Public restrooms and vending machines are also conveniently located for guests.
